Thank you for visiting my website.   I look forward to connecting with you and exploring the many ways we can work together to create peace and harmony in your life.  I am dedicated to helping people of all ages overcome obstacles and live healthy well-balanced lives.  If you feel stuck, I can help you gain clarity, and the motivation needed to create goals and achieve them.​

My professional career has taken many twists and turns.  I am most proud of my role as family caregiver to multiple loved one's who lived with dementia.  That journey led me to my career in healthcare and the education of a lifetime.  I have successfully guided clients in all areas of their lives, including career changes, health issues, navigating life transitions and end of life wishes.

Alongside my coaching practice, I work as a consultant in elder care with Symphony Care Management. I feel honored to be part of a clients' journey by empowering them to make the best decisions for themselves or a loved one in need of care.  I especially enjoy being a valued resource to the professionals who serve older adults.

Over the past nearly thirty years, my special skills have impacted so many lives. It has been rewarding beyond measure.
