Thank you for visiting my website.   I look forward to connecting with you and exploring the many ways we can work together to create harmony in your life.  I am dedicated to helping women and men of all ages overcome obstacles and live healthy well balanced lives.  If you feel stuck I can help you gain clarity and the motivation needed to create goals and achieve them.​

My professional career has taken many twists and turns.  I am most proud of my role as family caregiver to multiple loved one's who lived with dementia.  That journey led me to my career in healthcare and the education of a lifetime.  I have successfully guided clients in all areas of their lives, including career, business development, health, life's transitions and relationships.  

​

Alongside my coaching practice, I have worked as a Certified Senior Advisor specializing in senior living and long term care options. I feel honored to be part of a clients' journey by empowering them to make the best decisions for themselves or a loved one who needs care, or is in crisis.  I especially enjoy being a valued resource to the professionals who also serve older adults.

My skills positively impact many people's lives in a number of ways, and that is rewarding to me above all else.
