Thank you for visiting my website.   I look forward to connecting with you and exploring the many ways we can work together to create peace and harmony in your life.  I am dedicated to helping people of all ages overcome obstacles and live healthy well-balanced lives.  If you feel stuck, I can help you gain clarity, and the motivation needed to create goals and achieve them.​

My professional career has taken many twists and turns.  I am most proud of my role as family caregiver to multiple loved one's who lived with dementia.  That journey led me to my career in healthcare and the education of a lifetime.  I have successfully guided clients in all areas of their lives, including career changes, health issues, navigating life transitions and end of life wishes.

Over the past nearly thirty years, my special skills have impacted so many lives. It has been rewarding beyond measure. Recently I went through a six-month program to be a certified Neuro-Somatic Practitioner. The easiest way to explain Neurosomatic Intelligence as a practice is rehabilitation for your nervous system and daily maintenance to build and sustain capacity for navigating life's ups and downs.

Every client’s situation is unique.  With care and compassionate listening, I will help you on your chosen path.  I radically transformed my own life and I'm passionate about sharing what I have learned during my journey to well-being.
