The Final Stretch in the Year of the Fire Horse
Autumn greetings friends,
My favorite season is here! As I reflect on the earlier parts of 2026, I note the many transformations I went through. My goal is to close this year with highly focused intention. You don't have to follow Chinese Astrology to feel that 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse, delivered what it promised. Passion, momentum and fast-moving drastic change. Did you experience any of this powerful energy, for better or worse?
Personally, I dove deep into study for many months and passed my final exam in the Neurosomatic Intelligence certification. It was beyond exciting to expand my offerings with this type of coaching. Applied neurology and somatics come together like rehabilitation for your nervous system. As you practice the tools your brain and body connections build capacity for stressful times. I also became a Clinical Hypnotherapist; it was something I studied in the past but never launched. Thank you again to those wonderful ladies who put their trust in my work to build my clinical hours and pass my certification.
I relaunched a workshop for better sleep hygiene and this go around I had more knowledge and experience to bring to the material shared. I will write about that in a new blog post soon. These times have been a whirlwind of inspiration for me. I'm curious how you've evolved this year.

What intentions will you focus on as we push through the last months of the year?
There is still powerful momentum to be utilized. If there is anything you didn't complete or were forced to put aside, now is the time to revisit those ideas and plans. Living in your purpose truly brings about the greatest manifestation.

The "Manifest Your Desires in 2027" workshop is scheduled for 10a.m. on Sunday, December 6th. There is a $50 fee which includes printed materials. Everyone will be guided through a variety of exercises diving deep into what you really want to attract into your life. Learn how to put action items into motion and kick off the new year with passion and purpose. Please call or text to register, space is limited. This is one of my favorite offerings.
