Welcoming Change

Ahh, the crisp air of autumn on Cape Cod. It is my favorite season, and I intend to spend as much time outside enjoying the sunrise, the sunset and my fire pit. This past week I have been blessed to see several morning and night skies with my dog Sasha. I've been rebalancing my energy and making pivotal changes in my life. What changes are you making?

The final harvest of my vegetable and herb garden is sustaining my salads; I will be so sad to see it end. This year's garden truly helped me remain grounded in a nightly ritual or watering, picking and eating the nourishment. I cooked my mother's famous fried zucchini recipe with my bounty. It was like a taste of the past and one of those rare visceral memories with fresh parsley chopped into the fluffy batter of self-soothing goodness. It was a crazy busy summer and instead of a rehash, I would love to share my newsletter that I launched today linked here below. IT says it ALL!
