Finding Peace

Hello friends,
I sincerely hope this update finds you healthy and hopeful. It can be challenging to be in a positive daily state of mind as we navigate our world today. In each day I try to find a balance between honoring what is happening and focus on what positive impact I can offer. I review what I am grateful for to keep things in perspective. It has taken many years to find peace in my life. I sometimes need a reminder to celebrate that shift.
The positive impact I am making daily offers me peace in my body, mind and soul. Teaching, coaching and guiding clients through difficult times is a learned skill, but also a passion of mine. I have been called "the calm" in other's storms. When you have been forced to self-guide through the toughest storms in life and come out of those traumas finding peace, it's a superpower that demands to be shared. While I would have loved my life to have gone differently, I accept that those experiences shaped me for a reason.
Sustaining this peace takes commitment. I am reminded to keep my self-care routine solidly in place and practice extreme self-compassion. We are all doing the best we can with the tools we have. Increasing the tools at your disposal is where I come in.
People ask me often what types of tools or healing practitioners I use to help stay in balance. I self-regulate using a grounding method as a nightly restoration. I use 4-7-8 breathwork to clear a path when I need to shift my energy or before meditation. If an energy is stubborn and not easily shifted, I use gentle stretching, tapping or sound healing. Essential oils and CBD are as much a part of my daily energy hygiene as brushing my teeth is for oral hygiene. When I need a "tune up", my number one resource outside of self-regulation is a combination of reflexology & reiki.
The grounding methods and other tools that I use and share with clients are so impactful. Not only is there a sense of harmony in our nervous systems as a result, the pain relief from draining the body of inflammation results in deep restorative sleep. If you would like to learn more about the remarkable results we are having in my growing circle, please reach out anytime.

Today is the Full Snow Moon. I hope you weather it well. Again, my warmest thanks for your continued interest in my offerings. I'm wishing you all a peaceful winter.
With grace and gratitude, till we meet again.
